Wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Unfortunately, I have had to spend my Christmas eve and Christmas day in the plane. Got this little christmas gift inflight.
Winter has officially came. Vancouver is celebrating the winter with snow storm. What a beautiful British Columbia.
This Japanese braised pork belly dish from Hapa is always one of my favorites. Other than the delicious taste, I also found the presentation of the dish interesting with a page of a comic book underneath the bamboo steamer. Very simple yet creative.
Christmas is coming and it’s time to have some Christmas treats. Went to Cheesecake etc. and tried this Eggnog & Gingerbread Cheesecake. The combination of the eggnog and gingerbread made the cheesecake tastes great.
